- To fully appreciate your problem(s) our health professionals will ask you questions that may seem personal, the purpose is to ensure we fully understand your goals which will enable us to provide you with the most informed and evidence-based sessions possible. - At your initial session, after discussing your recommended care plan, we will prepare a service agreement which you will need to sign before booking any further sessions.

Cancelation Policy

- Missed appointments will set you back in your recovery, so we ask that wherever possible you keep all your appointments. If an appointment must be changed, 48 hours notice is required. If less than 48 hours notice is given for a cancellation, the full fee of your consultation may be charged.
